VBS adventures and Laptop Performance review...

Well folks, I figured out how to squeeze the performance out of my laptop.

It can run Battlefield 2 with little difficulty at 1400x1050 with all the graphics set to high except textures and lighting (currently at medium simce I haven't tested them on high yet) and 4x anti-aliasing. Not bad at all considering it is a laptop! Imagine that, you pay many dollars you get alotta computer (not always the case, haha)!

So that is the update on the computer front. Papa is home now, and doing well. After a few days in the hospital and several tests, the doctors determined that his heart sustained minimal damage. Good news, unfortunetly he missed the family reunion he was looking forward to and the hospital stay exhausted him.

I stayed home from work on Thursday, since I wasn't feeling well, and today my boss told me we weren't working. Since this was the case, I decided to go help Adam with waterday at VBS. it was mostly wet and mostly fun. I didn't do a whole lot, but hey, I was given no direction (or at least not that I would admit...)
